Thanks Herb! I'm really happy with the department, especially with the people I'm working with. They're all very nice and supportive. I'm still a bit nervous though, being a newbie and all. As for the improving on things part... financially, it was a bit of a pay cut pa kamo because they no longer have a cadetship program so probie status na lng (no more allowance). No more incentive na rin unlike before when I was still an agent. Pero ok na rin. I'm a lot happier with this job anyway... when you have that, what's money, 'di ba ;)
